• 3% broker participation fee payable at closing to any licensed real estate broker who registers a successful bidder prior to the start of the auction.
•3% buyer premium. Total purchase price will be equal to bid price plus 3%.
• Ten percent (10%) down day of auction as non-refundable escrow payment day of sale payable to closing agent. Balance due at final closing.
•Monarch Title, Brookfield, MO will provide title insurance and will be the closing agent. Purchase contract prepared by Josh Fay, attorney.
• Final closing on or before June 11, 2010.
